Funeral services for Mrs. Jessie Zager, 85, were held Nov. 29 at the Chapman Funeral Home with Gordon Smith officiating. Burial was in the Pee Dee cemetery near Springdale.

Mrs. Zager died at St. Luke's hospital, Cedar Rapids, Nov. 20, where she was taken after breaking her hip the previous week. She was born Nov. 9, 1883, near Tipton, the daughter of William and Elizabeth Worrall Moorhead.

Among survivors are a brother, Paul Moorhead, and a nephew, Kenneth Moorhead.
