Funeral services for Henry Hack, 79, were held at the Chapman Funeral Home, Clarence, at 10:30 a.m. May 17,with the Rev. Steven Voelker, Zion United Church of Christ, Lowden, officiating. Burial was in St. John's cemetery, Clarence. Pallbearers were Stan and Clair Hack, Don Meier, Gary Doermann, Elon Miller and Larry Sell. Mrs. Elon Miller was vocalist and Mrs. Alden Klahn, organist.

Mr. Hack died at Mercy hospital, Cedar Rapids, May 14.

The son of Hans and Anna Horstmann Hack, he was born at Massillon Nov. 2, 1909. He farmed in the Clarence area before moving to Tipton 12 years ago. He was a member of Zion United Church of Christ, Lowden.

Mr. Hack is survived by 2 sisters, Martha Hack and Elizabeth Krummel, Tipton.
