Word was received here Saturday night of the death of Mrs Minnie Meier who died that afternoon in the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr and Mrs Gene Meier near Swaledale, Iowa.

Last rites were held Tuesday in Clear Lake.

The former Minnie Boysen was employed as a milliner at Freund's Dept Store Lowden prior to her marriage to Richard (Red) Meier of Lowden. They resided in Clear Lake for many years. Survivors include her son Gene; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and one brother.

Mr and Mrs Dick Sennett attended the funeral Tuesday. She was an aunt of Mr Sennett.
