Funeral services for Mrs. William (Anna) Nagler, 90, were held in Wall Lake, Nov. 4, with graveside services in Stanwood, Nov. 5. She died at Wall Lake, Nov. 1

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lehrman, she was born at Stanwood, March 14, 1885 and graduated from Stanwood high school and attended Iowa State Teacher's college, Cedar Falls. She taught school for several years.

She was married to the Rev. William G. Nagler, the first resident pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran congregation, Stanwood, Nov. 3, 1909.

They moved to Sumner in 1939, serving St. Paul's congregation there until 1958. They retired to Jackson, Mich. She was visiting with her son in Wall Lake when she suffered a heart attack.

She is survived by a daughter, Ruth, Jackson, Mich., with whom she made her home; a son, the Rev. Richard Nagler, Wall Lake; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Haesemeyer, Clear Lake, 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, 3 brothers, Fred, Carl and Arthur and a sister, Mrs. Sophie Gallmeyer.
