Funeral services are planned for Thursday (tomorrow) afternoon in Zion United Church of Christ, here for Emma Richmann, 92. The Rev Paul Jordan will officiate. Mrs Don Breneman will serve as organist and hymns will be sung by the Muhs Brothers. Burial will be in the Lowden cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Erwin Strackbein, Walter Hintz, Clyde Lowe, Cyrus Kemmann, Richard Licht, and William Kahl.
Miss Richmann, a long-time resident of Lowden, died Tuesday in the Colonial Manor Nursing Home, Wheatland, where she had been a patient for 2 1/2 years.
The deceased was born July 30, 1978 at Lowden. She was the daughter of William F. and Amalia Laumeier Richmann. She attended the Lowden schools and was one of the first to graduate from Lowden high school. She was a member of Zion church and taught Sunday School there for a number of years.
She is survived by two nieces, Maxine Boettger of Clinton and Mrs Edward Conrad of Lowden; also six nephews, Hugo Richmann of Florida; Ceylon Richmann of Colorado; Alvin Richmann of Des Moines, Wilson Richmann of Durant, Edgar Richmann of Wheatland and Hubert Richmann of Lowden.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
