TIPTON, Iowa – Services for Harry E. Yerington, 58, Tipton, will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Rochester Methodist Church, Rochester. Burial will be in Rochester Cemetery.

Visitation is 1 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Sheets & Son Funeral Home, Tipton, and 9 a.m. until service time Thursday at the church.

Officials said he died Sunday while square dancing at the Cedar County Fairgrounds near here.

Mr. Yerington was employed as a Cedar County road maintenance operator.

He married Beverly Wood in 1949 in Nashua.

Survivors include his wife; sons, Michael and Steven, both of Tipton; three grandsons; sisters, Mildred Witmer and Janet Hamiel, both of Tipton, and brothers, Howard, Muscatine, Charles, Davenport, and Donald, Walcott.
