Charles Menka or Manke and Anna Ratzof

I am trying to find out some information about my ancestors Charles Manke and Anna Ratzof who were married in Cass County Iowa on 10-6-1878. The mystery is that his American citizenship papers he received on August 28th 1875 name him as Charles Menka a native of Germany who came to the United States before he was 17 years of age and was a subject of Emperor William. We found these citizenship papers amongst some papers after my Grandmother passed away a few months ago. If anyone has any information about a Charles Menka or Manke any help would be appreciated! christy_ry@yahoo.com
