Henry Freeman family

DONER, FREEMAN, AND RIVERS

I am looking for information on my great Uncle Henry James Freeman he moved to Cass Co., Iowa in 1866 and married in Grove City, Iowa to Marguerite Doner d/o Joseph & Mary(Miller)Doner
they had 3 children:
Margaret Edna b. 1879
Viola B. called Dolly b. 1876
Miller G. b. 1872
they lived in Nebraska for a time. I believe Henry may have abandoned his wife and children looking for his descendents. His nephew Simon Peter Rivers lived in the same area and is found in the 1880 census in Pottawattamie Co. Iowa.
Any help appreciated.
