In WPA Record for Shelby County , found Hughes William F 1846 to 1937 in Cass Twp Cemetery
Also Hughes, Mary ann 1852 - 1933 Cass Twp Cem
Hughes, Estella (Mrs C A ) died 1-30-1930; aged 29 Cass Twp Cem.
On the Shelby County Cass Township in Section 27, looks like a cemetery south of Portsmouth and Highway 44 about one section in NW portion of Section 27.
Sorry I didn't find this sooner for you.
