Sorry for the delay. Looked up Enos Partridge in our Cemetery Books. Found him in Oakwood Cemetery Lewis Iowa Partridge, Enis J 1815-1894 Block 6 lot 14. Co d 111th O Inf.
In Armed Forces Graves Registration Record Cass Co p 428 record I " Enos J Partridge 79 white date of death 1894 Burial Cass Lewis Cass Twp Lewis Oakwood, Eastside Lot 14 Block 6 North lot. GAR W H Worthington Post #9 Griswold Iowa.
Rank at time of discharge Private. Birth of deceased 1815. Induction into Armed Forces date Aug 8 1862 Camp Toledo Ohio.
Army
Co D 111th Ohio Infantry. Transferred to Vet Reserve corps 11/18/1863.
I checked through the Lewis Newspaper on Jan 10 1894, but did not find an Obit. I can go to the Court House and check on the date of death for you. Also I can write the Griswold Library and see if they have a copy of the Obit, but better check the death date first. Janet
