I found an obit for William Andrew Sewell in the Atlantic News Telegraph Feb 21 1960:
W A Sewell, longtime Cass Co resident died at 215 this morning at the Atlantic memorial hospital where he had been a patien the last eleven days.
He was born in Ravenwood, WV June 13 1871, the son of Jack and Martha Ellen bonnett Sewell and was married to Mary Alice Kendall in memphis MO Feb 26 1896. They came to Anita in 1910 and to Atlantic two years later living here since. he was a member of the Atlantic First christian church.
Surviving are his wife, two sons, Ralph Sewell of Stanton, CA., and Alfred Sewell of Eugene OR; three daughters, May of Atlantic, Irene of Marne and Stella of Council Bluffs, 11 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a brother Dan Sewell of springfield IL. he was preceded in death by eleven brothers and sisters. The remains are at the Roland Funeral home. Funeral arrangements are pending.
