ATLANTIC-Word has been received here of the death at Torrance, Calif., of Mrs. Hattie Adelia Wissler, 81, formerly of Atlantic. Mrs. Wisser was born in Henry Co., Iowa, and following her marriage to Joseph Hopley in 1888, they farmed south of Atlantic. She remained on the Hopley farm south of Atlantic several years after Mr. Hopley’s death and then moved to Atlantic. She was married here in 1924 to Henry A. Wissler, who died in 1933. Since then she has resided in California.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Blanche Moyer, and Miss Agnes Hopley, living in California, and Mrs. Jess Miller, Omaha ; a brother, H. M. Baker, Atlantic; and a sister, Mrs. Dora Beekman, Sioux City.

Funeral services and burial were in Torrance.
