Mrs. George Simonton after a lingering illness of nearly a year died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Columbus Prall living five miles south of Atlantic at 2:30 this morning. Mrs. Simonton was a young lady 26 years and 2 months old. She suffered much during her illness. One boy of five years old was born to his [this] couple. Besides the husband and child her parents, three sisters and two brothers remain to mourn her loss. The funeral services will occur at the home of her parents Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Rev. Hill will conduct the services.
