Gilbert Jackman of Adair Dies

ADAIR—Gilbert A. Jackman, 85, died at 7:30 P.m. Sunday at a nursing home in Atlantic.

He was born June 1, 1876, the son of John and Sarah Jackman and had farmed in this area.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Roy Rochholz of Adair and Mrs. Earl Rochholz of Casey, seve [seven] grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hoffman funeral home with burial in Pleasant Hill cemetery.

NOTE FROM CONTRIBUTOR: Gilbert Jackman was born June 1, 1876 and died May 6, 1962.
