Rites Held Tuesday For Mrs. Jackman

ADAIR—Funeral services for Mrs. Lucia Jackman were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hoffman funeral home with the Rev. Dwight Bonham of the Methodist church officiating.

Mrs. Jackman was born May 1, 1875, near Exira, the daughter of Noel and Lanie Jobes. Survivors include her husband, Gilbert H. Jackman who is staying at the Dennis nursing home in Atlantic; two step-daughters, Mrs. Roy Rochholz of Adair and Mrs. Earl Rochholz of Casey, and a sister, Mrs. Bert Jeffries of Swea City.

Mrs. Neil Lundy sang “Beyond the Sunset” and “Jesus Lover of My Soul” accompanied by Mrs. Dwight Bonham. Casket bearers were Earl, Roy and Harold Rochholz, Dallas Lehman, Dale Lehman and Dale Harris. Burial was in Pleasant Hill cemetery.
