FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP MAN DIES TODAY

James Crolly (Crolley) of Wiota, Dies Early This Morning at Anita Where He was Taken for Treatment

WIOTA, Ia., April 19. —(Special to News-Telegraph)—James Crolley, well known Franklin township farmer died at one-thirty this morning, from asthma, with which he had been suffering for some time, and which took a serious turn two weeks ago. Yesterday the sick man was removed by Dr. H. E. Campbell to the Victoria hotel at Anita, so he might give closer attention to the case, and death came there.

Mr. Crolley was fifth-seven years old, and he was born in Des Moines. He had lived near Wiota about thirty years. He was never married, but made his home with his sisters, the Misses Polly, Eliza and Kate Crolley, two miles southeast of town. Beside the three sisters he also leaves two brothers, Frank, living at 406 Elm street in Atlantic, and Charles of Massena.

The body will be taken to the home of the deceased this afternoon. No funeral arrangements have yet been made.
