Word has been recieved (received) in this city of the death of Mrs Chris Fuhlendorf at San Antonio, Texas, yesterday morning of pulmonary consumption. Mrs. Fuhlendorf was formerly Miss Lizize (Lizzie) Durr of this city and has lived in Missouri for a number of years where her husband has been engaged in the bottling business.
The funeral services were held in Lebanon, Mo., her home, Thursday of this week and the interment made there. Deceased had been in San Antonio, Texas, about two weeks having gone there to seek the benefit of a mild climate. Fred Durr, her brother and John Fuhlendorf attended the funeral.
NOTE: Elizabeth “Lizzie” M. (Durr) Fuhlendorf was the first wife of Christian Gearhart Fuhlendorf.
