Know all men by these Presents

That I Jonathan BYRD an unmarried man of Cass County and State of Iowa in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred and fifty Dollars in hand paid do hereby sell and convey unto Aaron BYRD of Cass County and State of Iowa the following described premises situated in Mitchell County and State of Kansas to wit

The South East one fourth (1/2) of the North West quarter (1/4) and the South West one fourth (1/4) of the North East quarter (1/4) of Section number Twenty nine (29) in Township number Seven (7) of Range Number Ten (10) in Said County being Eighty acres of land

and I do hereby covenant to Warrant and Defend Said title to the Said premises to the Said Aaron BYRD against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever
