Edwin Lowe

Know all men by these presents that I Joseph Doner of the County of Cass in the State of Iowa amass the penalty of fifteen hundred dollars to be paid to Edwin Lowe do hereby bind myself upon the payment to me of three hundred and twenty dollars with ten percent interest on the 19th day of September A.D. 1858 by the said Edwin Lowe, to execute and ? to the said Lowe ? and sufficient warranty deed for the northwest west quarter of the south east quarter of section No. twenty seven N of range No. thirty six & containing forty acres and also the south east quarter of the north west quarter and north east quarter of the south west quarter of section No. twenty seven in township of No. seventy seven N of range No. thirty six as containing eighty acres given ? my hand this 19th day of September AD 1856.
