MARRIED—At the residence of Mr. S. E. Shannon, Grove township, Mr. F. H. Harris and Miss E. D. Shannon, Rev. G. H. Detwiler officiating.

At the appointed hour a large company of friends were assembled in the hospitable and pleasant home of the bride’s parents, to witness the above interesting ceremony. The parents of both the bride and groom are old residents of Cass county, and the fortunate parties have spent most of their life in this vicinity. It was therefore a scene to linger long and pleasantly in the memory as these young people stood under a beautiful floral emblem of Good Fortune receiving the hearty congratulations of “ye old settlers.” The hearty good wishes of the TELEGRAPH and a host of friends go with Mr. and Mrs. Harris to their new home.
