Kimball-Acker Wedding

At 2:30 this afternoon Miss Ruth Kimball became the bride of William Clayton Acker. The wedding took place at the Christian Parsonage, the Rev. C. V. Pence officiating. They were attended by Miss Rosella Prall and Mr. Clifton Acker.

The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Kimball, 701 East Fifth street, and has been employed as bookkeeper at Shrauger & Johnson’s for the past four years. The groom is a prosperous young farmer, son of Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Acker, southeast of the city. The happy young couple left for Des Moines on the 8:10 train to visit relatives and friends. After March first they will make their home on a farm nine miles southwest of the city.
