Dorothy Wiese and Lloyd
Klever United in Marriage

--------

At the Lutheran parsonage in
Iowa City at 11:30 o'clock Satur-
day morning occurred the mar-
riage of Miss Dorothy Mae Wiese,
daughter of Mrs. Hattie Wiese of
Anita, and Lloyd C. Klever of
Exira. They were accompanied
by Miss Holdina Wiese and Gail
Wiese, aunt and brother of the
bride.

Following the wedding ceremny
a three course dinner was served
at the home of Mrs. Augusta
Wiese, grandmother of the bride.
The bride was attired in a travel-
ling suit of navy blue sheer with
blue accessories.

The bride is one of Anita's pop-
ular young ladies. She is a grad-
uate of the Anita high school and
for the past seven years had been
employed in the Bongers Bros.
drug store. Mr. Klever, with his
father, has been engaged in farm-
ing for a number of years on a
farm northeast of Exira.

During the afternoon Mr. and
Mrs. Klever left by automobile
for Michigan to spend a few days
with Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Bat-
tey. They expect to return some
time this week and will be at home
to their fiends on the Klever farm
northeast of Exira.
