PROBATE NOTICE.

To whom it may concern:

You are hereby notified that at the November term, 1872, of the circuit court and on the 12th day of November there was opened and publicly read in open court an instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Abner Slaughter, late of Cass County, deceased. And that the first day of the next term of the said circuit court in and for said county, commencing on the 5th day of May, 1873, has been set as the day of final hearing and proof of said will; at which time all persons interested may appear and show cause why the same should not be admitted to probate.

Given under my hand and the seal of said court hereunto affixed, this 30th day of November, 1872.
