Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has been duly appointed and qualified as administrator of the estate of Alfred Phelps late of Cass County Iowa deceased. All persons indebted to the estate are requested to make immediate payments and and those having claims against the same will present them duly authenticated to the undersigned for allowance.
