STARMAN, DLASK, FIKEJS, SPINLER, KALIK - Looking for information on a Frank Starman who died in Dedham, IA Carroll County July, 1967, b. June 24, 1899. He may be and/or related to- my 'lost' great uncle who moved from the Cedar Rapids, IA area after 1939. Frank Starman was a WWI veteran from Cedar Rapids. His parents were Frantisek and Katerina Podajsky Starman who immigrated to this country from Kozlov, Czech in 1892, staying in Sleepy Eye, MN before moving to Cedar Rapids. His older sisters were Marie Starman Dlask, 1880 - 1904, Katerina Starman (Ernie)Fikejs 1882 - 1921 and my grandmother Elizabeth (Bessie) Starman Spinler Kalik 1875-1938. At one time Frank had owned a small farm in Walker, IA - Linn County. He may have been a traveling salesman. Any info on this Frank Starman appreciated.
