E.M. and A. C. Betzer

I have in my possession an American Bible Society 1866 bible with the marriage and birth dates of Ephaim M. BETZER and Alice C. RIGGS BETZER. It may have been in the possession of Edyth THOMAS who died in Cerro Gordo County and left some possessions with a friend, my mother-in-law. Edyth did not have any living blood relatives at the time of her death. There was a relative from Wisconsin from her husbands side. I can't recall their names. Ephraim and Alice are on the 1880 Census in Carroll at age 45, 34 respectively. A person at age 29 was living with them by the name of Sarah DOHERTY, listed as 'other'. Ephraim was a lawyer, born in Ohio. Alice was born in Illinois. Contact me if you have any leads to family connections. thanks!
