I am a descendant of the Tacke, Bruning, and Grote families, looking for my ancestors. I have some. My father was Ralph W. Tacke, born 1919 in Carroll, but raised outside Breda. He died May 5, 2005. My grandfather was William Joseph Tacke married to Elizabeth (Lizzie) Bruning. Grandma Tacke died in November of 1974. So I am seeking any information about the Tacke Family and the Bruning Family. My great-grandmother was Bernadine Grote, so I am interested in any information about that family.
