SAC CITY - Mrs. Robert (Viola) Shannon, 82, of Sac City, died here Monday, June 28, at Loring Hospital.

Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Farber and Otteman Funeral Home, with burial in Oakland Cemetery, all at Sac City. Rebekah services are set for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Shannon is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Everett Freeman of Sac City; three stepchildren, Mrs. Robert Maxwell and Gary Shannon of Seattle, Wash., and Mrs. Merle Sorum of Estherville; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, eight stepgrandchildren and one stepgreat-grandchild.
