YOUNG PRIEST IS CALLED

Deceased a Cousin of Father Friedmann of LaMotte Parish

Rev. Joseph Friedmann, assistat pastor of the Catholic church at Carroll, Iowa and one of the best known younger priests of the diocese, died last Friday night after a protracted illness.

The funeral was held Saturday, the body taken to Alton, Iowa for burial.

The deceased was a cousin of the Rev. Father Friedmann of LaMotte.
