Dr. J.T. Sugg of Clinton Dies—Was Born in 1865 Log Cabin
Clinton. March 22:--Special: Dr. J.T. Sugg, an old time physician, died here during the night. He was born in a log cabin in 1865 and later became a surveyor and started the first newspaper in Carroll county, known as the Western Herald. He came to Clinton in 1892.
