Feb 7, 1896 - Carroll Sentinel - Mrs. John Jacobs died at her home in Sheridan township after a short illness. The funeral will be held in the Lutheran church in that township Monday at ten o'clock. The death of Mrs. Jacobs removes one of the most respected women of that neighborhood. Her husband and children have the sympathy of their friends in their sad misfortune.
