Frank Cavanaugh Funeral Service Here Tomorrow
Funeral service will be held here tomorrow morning for Frank Cavanaugh, 65, who died at 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the Orange County Hospital at Orange, California. The former Coon Rapids resident had been in poor health for several years.. Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow from the Annunciation Church with the Rev. Robert E. Dougherty, officiant. Burial will be in Coon Rapids Cemetery. Mr. Cavanaugh was born Dec. 15, 1889 in Guthrie County, the son of Michael Cavanaugh and Elizabeth Williams. He lived in Carroll County for many years, in North Dakota for 25 years and then returned to Coon Rapids for 10 years before moving to California were he had lived for seven years. He was a carpenter and mechanic by trade and had been working in a California defence plant. His parents, five brothers and three sisters preceded him in death. Survivors include three sisters and two brothers, Mrs. M. A. (Alice) Egleston, Tama, Mrs. Wm. (Mary) Campbell, Pillsbury, ND.; Agnes Cavanaugh, Chicago, ILL.; Charles Cavanaugh, Coon Rapids and Jack Cavanaugh, Clinton. He was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church.
