Services are pending at the Runge mortuary for Katherine E. Miller, 88, of 112 S. Lincoln Ave., who died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Luke's hospital following an extended illness.

Born: Germany, May 9, 1867.

Education: She attended schools in Germany.

Immigration: Came to America at 17, to Glidden, Ia.

Marriage: John M. Miller in 1885 and came to Davenport in 1898. He died Aug 12, 1913.

She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church.

Survivors:
Sons, Adolph, Davenport; August, Modesto, Calif.; and John, Oakland, Calif.
Daughters, Mrs. Louise Black, Davenport; and Mrs. Jason Young, Arlington, Tex.
11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
