Miss Olive Bachman died at her home at this place Tuesday morning after a three months' illness aged 25 years. Her death was caused by quick consumption and all that medical science could do was done for her but to no avail. Deceased was born and raised here all her life. Since the death of her father some years ago she has been the sole comfort of her aged mother, who is prostrated by death of her daughter. She leaves besides her mother one brother, Anton, who resides here, a sister, Mrs. Jos. Ludwig, who resides at Carroll and another sister, Mrs. Anton Thelen, who resides at Armour, S. D., all of whom were present to attend the funeral. The funeral was held Thursday and after a solemn requiem mass at the Catholic church the remains were interred in the Catholic cemetery. A large concourse of friends joined the sad funeral cortege and paid their last respects to the memory of the deceased. The grief-stricken relatives have the sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement.
