Kristi Lynn Becker - age 54, of Emmetsburg, formerly of Pomeroy, passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Kristi Lynn Becker was born May 12, 1967 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. She was the daughter of Marvin and Mary (Yeazel) Becker. Kristi graduated from the Pomeroy High School in 1986. She continued her education at Ellsworth Community College, graduating with an associate degree in accounting. Following graduation, Kristi moved to Early, Iowa, where she lived for 15 years and worked for Joyce's Greenery in Storm Lake. Following her time in Early, she moved to Schaller, then Newell, until she settled in Emmetsburg. Kristi was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She loved the outdoors, spending time riding motorcycles, camping and doing some gravel travel with Bob. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughters, Brandi (Cody) Moeller of Estherville and Amber (Dru) Simmonds of Graettinger; grandchildren, Daryn, Elizabeth, a soon to be newborn, Faith Lynn, Annabelle and Deagan; step-granddaughters, Khloe and Kora; mother, Mary Heins of Pomeroy; sister, Kathy Matthews; nieces, April Yeager and Savannah Brooklyn and special friend, Bob Leiting.
