Peter Green
Passed away Monday Night

Peter Green of near Farnhamville, a long time resident of Calhoun county, died suddenly at his home Monday evening, July 6. Mrs. Green, who was up to watch the threatening storm, went into the room to speak to her husband. Recieving no answer, she called other members of the family, and it was found that Mr. Green was dead.

Mr. Green had been in very good health and had been in town during the afternoon. He was about sixty years old at the time of his death.

Funeral services were held from the home Wednesday afternoon. Interment at Reading Cemetery.

Mr. Green is survived by his wife and nine children, four girls & five boys. Died: July, 6, 1925.
