German immigrants

HARTING, SCHUTTE, NUEHRING, REICHERT, BUCHHOLZ

My Grandparents immigrated from Hannover (when?) and lived in Butler County, where my Grandfather, Louis August Harting was born Dec 18, 1893 (and in 1895 Census records). His parents were: HARTING, Henry Louis Ludwig and Amelia Emilie SCHeUTTE. Two other children, Wm Frederic (Bill) and Louisa, were siblings and older than my Grandfather (Louis).

The Henry HARTING family moved to rural Edmond, Norton County, Kansas in 1905. Both sets of Grandparents and Great-Grandparents are buried in the Edmond Cemetery in Norton County, KS. I have data on all their descendants.

I'm seeking relatives, possibly Henry "August" and Emma Buchholz HARTING. These two families lived near each other for a time. Other Harting families lived in Black Hawk County. I haven't any proof, but the connection with the Iowa Hartings is highly conceivable.

Any help from other possible cousins would be greatly appreciated!
