Thank you for your reply. The John Morris Zearing or Zerring was on the Social Security application of his son Harry Lester Zerring applied for in Madison Parish, La. on Jan 27, 1941. Harry stayed with my family in the 1940's.He never told us anything about his past. He gave his fathers name as John Morris Zeering and Mother as Barbra Ann Zonner, stating that he was born Dec. 10,1900 in Aurora,Kane County, Ill. This info came from his social security application. Harry died in 1958 at Vicksburg, Miss. and our family buried him there. I have long wanted to find his family and tell them where he was buried. He was a good person and well educated. He never made any contact with his family or talked about them. I have been searching for some time on his relatives. Thanks again. Pauline
