Clara Belle Fleek and husbands Jerome V Brown and William H

Clara Belle Fleek born 23 May 1881 in Butler, Iowa married Jerome V. Brown on 20 Nov 1904 in Butler, Iowa. He was in jail and undergoing a trial for the attempted maiming of a school teacher. I have found newspaper clippings reporting on the trial and on the marriage of Jerome and Clara. On Nov 1 1905 a daughter Helen M. Brown was born and soon put up for adoption or given to a family. Clara obit says that Helen went to the family of W. Betts and wife of Shell Rock. Sometime after all of this Clara divorced Jerome.

On 12 Jun 1909 she married William H. Brown in Marion Linn Iowa. Clara died on 10 Jul 1909 in Waterloo, Butler Iowa. Her obit says that she is survived by grieving husband W. H. Brown and son Bert. I cant find any information on this Father and son.
