Rufus L. Chase families

Does anyone have access to the History of Butler and Bremer Counties, Iowa; Springfield: Union Publishing Company, 1883? There is supposed to be references to 2 pages regarding Rufus L. Chase in this book (pages 289 & 293). Am trying to research him and his family, which includes Rufus L.& Margaret Chase and their children, including Rufus L. Chase Jr. Rufus Sr. was a dentist in Parkersburg for a couple of years, possibly in the 1870's, before being appointed Deputy State Auditor, at which time they moved to Des Moines. Thanks!
