Bristow -- Friends and relatives have received word of the death of Mrs. Edward T. Gough, Friday, at the Methodist State hospital at Mitchell, S.D. where she had been ill with leukemia; born Edna M. Robbins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Robbins, on a farm near Illyria, Iowa, September 26, 1884. Attended Upper Iowa university at Fayette, receiving her B.A. degree with the class of 1909 and taught school at Fairmont, N.D. and St. Paul, Neb; married Edward T. Gough at Fayette, Sept. 3, 1913; was active in school and church work; survived by her husband, Dr. Edward T. Gough, Mitchell, S.D.; two daughters Eleanor of Bloomington, Ind. and Marjorie of New York City; one son, Vincent, of Tipton, Ia.; and a brother, Emerald Robbins of Chicago; two grandchildren at Tipton; preceded by two brothers and two children; funeral services were conducted by Dr. Frank E. Lochridge in the First Methodist church at Mitchell, Sunday, and burial was in the cemetery at Mt. Vernon, Iowa.
