DIES AT WAVERLY
Mrs. Harvey Carter, 38, well-remembered as Althea Dominick, died at the Waverly hospital from a heart attack. She had been there for several days for treatment of asthma.
Mrs. Carter spent part of her girlhood in Osage with her aunt, Mrs. Cora Odden. She and her mother, the late Mrs. Josephine Dominick, were talented readers and were much in demand as Chautauqua and lecture course performers. Mrs. Dominick died a few years ago.
Following their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Carter established their home at Clarksville, where they have since lived. he is a well-known attorney.
Surviving besides Mr. Carter, is their 8-year-old son, James; her father, Earl Dominick, who spent part of his time at Clarksville; her aunts, Mrs. Odden, and Mrs. I. Fenolt of Charles City, and a number of cousins.
Mrs. Birchard Brush, Ruel, Lee and Beatrice Nelson, of Charles City, attended the funeral service Sunday at Clarksville.
