Dana E. Wilder, 81, Waterloo, passed away Monday at Schoitz Memorial Hospital, Waterloo. He was born July 14, 1895 near Allison, son of Ernest E. Wilder and Hannah Priestly Wilder. He was the supervisor of the asphalt paving department for John G. Miller Co. Mr. Wilder married Ruth Horsch on June 1, 1917 in Dubuque. He served in the Army in World War I. Services were held Thursday, March 24 at Parrott and Wood Funeral Home in Waterloo with burial in Lynwood Cemetery at Clarksville. Memorials may be given to the First Congregational Church in Waterloo. He is survived by his wife, Ruth, one son, John H. of Sioux City, and one brother, Harry E. Wilder of Allison.
