Former Bristow Man Accident Victim in North Africa—(Courier Special Service)- Bristow, Ia.—George Conger has been advised of the accidental death of his nephew, Harry Conger, 23, in north Africa, May 25. Harry was the son of Mrs. Mona Conger, formerly of Bristow, and enlisted in the army in October 1940, at Washington D. C.

He later was transferred to the signal corps and spent some time at Camp Roberts, Cal. He had been with U.S. forces in north Africa several months.

His brother, David, has been in the ski division of the services since July, 1942, and has been recommended for officer’s training.
