STORM LAKE BUENA VISTA VIDETTE - Fri, Dec 20, 1907 - Died at her home in Storm Lake, Iowa on Friday Dec 13th, 1907, Mrs Christina Strack, aged 74 years 7 months, and 28 days.

Mrs Strack was born in Germany April 15th, 1833 after emigrating to America she lived in Illinois and then moved with her husband and family to Iowa where she has since made her home.

Mrs Strock was well known and she leaves a large circle of friends to mourn her loss, she was a good and kind mother and wife and she worked untiringly for those near and dear to her as long as her health permitted. But the grim reaper at last has claimed her, it being the second time in this year that death has entered this home for but a short time ago her son, Valentine, was called away.

Funeral services were held at the German Lutheran church in Storm Lake on Sunday morning. The church was crowded with friends and neighbors to pay tribute of respect to this dear old mother. She was laid to rest in the Storm Lake cemetery.

The aged husband and son and family have the sympathy of many friends in this hour of sorrow.
