Storm Lake Buena Vista Vidette - Oct 13, 1911 - Paul William North was born at Storm Lake Jan 13, 1887 and lived his life in this community. He was highly appreciated among the young people of the town.

He was married to Miss Mildred Cole, daughter of Mr Edgar Cole, Aug 24, 1909 and there was born to them one daughter, Pauline Alice.

Mr North had been a sufferer for some time but the last eighteen months the trouble developed into a severe case of Brights disease, which left little hope for his recovery.

He bore his illness with the greatest fortitude and patience and looked forward to the hope of an immortal life. He died Oct 4, 1911 leaving his beloved wife and little daughter, with his father and mother, three brothers and two sisters to revere his memory.

The funeral services were held in the First Methodist church and he was buried in the Storm Lake cemetery on Friday Oct 7th.
