LeMars Semi Weekly Sentinel - December 12, 1952 - Elroy (Roy) Clifton Mullins died Wednesday, Dec. 10, at his farm home in section 34, Washington township near Merrill.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, Dec. 14, at 1:30 p.m. in the First Methodist church, Merrill with Rev. D.E. Streyffeler officiating. Interment will be in Storm Lake. Mauer's funeral home has charge of arrangements.

Mr. Mullins, 71, was born Mar. 26, 1881 in Storm Lake. His marriage to Luella MacKnappenberger Dudley took place in Pierce, Neb., Mar. 17, 1909. He had farmed near Merrill for a number of years, but had been in poor health the past five years.

He is survived by his wife and a son, Lynn. Also surviving are two granddaughters, Mrs. Vernon Single of Fort Riley, Kan., and Mrs. Blaine Braaten of Austin, Minn.; and four great grandsons.
