Storm Lake Buena Vista Vidette - May 19, 1916 - Ralph Samuel Lee, the youngest child of Mrs Mary Lee of this county was taken to Sioux City Sunday to the St Josephs hospital for an operation but the same was not successful and the young boy died Tuesday morning.

The body was brought to Storm Lake and the funeral was held at the home on Thursday afternoon of this week.

Ralphs father has been dead several years, his mother, three brothers: Robert, Henry and John; and two sisters: Mrs J.C. Gulling and Julia are left to mourn for him.

The funeral services were conducted by Rev Scoutten of Rembrandt and the body was laid to rest beside that of the father. The neighbors and friends made the casket and the last resting place beautiful with flowers thus taking away the grimness of death as much as possible.
