Alta Advertiser - March 17, 1905 - Michael Dorfmeister, father-in-law to Herman Leibach, died at the home of the latter in this township on Tuesday night at eight o’clock after a brief illness.

The deceased has been afflicted with asthma for a time but otherwise was well. No physician was called as no symptoms of illness developed. The immediate cause of death appears to have been due to old age, the deceased being in his eightieth year. The funeral was held from Storm Lake yesterday.
