Atchison Weekly Globe - December 15, 1927 - Word has been received here by relatives of the death of an Atchison pioneer and a former resident of Muscotah, John Wills.

At the time of his death Mr Wills was living in Sioux Rapids, Iowa where he has made his home with his son, J.R. Wills for the last 25 years. He was 87 years of age and had suffered from poor health for several years.

Mr Wills is survived by his daughters: Mrs Maryetta Jessip living in Westfield, IA, Mrs Anna Kelley of Bingham Lake, MN, and Mrs Hattie Turney of Ellenburg, WA. He is also survived by his only son, J.R. Wills of Sioux Rapids, IA.
